Short project description: The main goal of the project – to increase the operations efficiency of the personnel administration departments of the state and municipal institutions by using modern methods of work:

1. To perform the analysis of the state and municipal institutions personnel management legislation and functions, to identify the problems arising in the work of the personnel administration institutions, to make suggestions and recommendations for improving personnel management procedures, documents’ templates, information collection and use of information technologies.
2. In consideration of the results of the personnel administration institutions operation research to prepare a personnel administration procedures manual that would systematize and unify the general personnel management procedures of the state and municipal institutions and agencies.
3. To prepare a feasibility study for the module “Electronic personal file” creation.
